We went to Hyland Orchard and Brewry from a fun Oktoberfest weekend.
‘topher and I brought the girls, but it was Karen’s idea to go. Sturbridge, MA is where she grew up. We saw some of Karen’s family there. Her mom, sister, and niece and all that come with them. It was a nice crowd.

We made it to the Garlic and Arts Festival again this year. We went on Sunday, kinda hoping to see Dar Williams.
The food wasn’t as good this year. Nothing had garlic in it. The area they have it in Orange, MA was packed. They hadn’t planned on Dar Williams bringing in such a crowd. [...]

While the Dads were at the 63 Roadhouse playing in a horse shoe tournament, Karen and I took the kids apple picking at Clarkdale Fruit Farms in Deerfield, MA.
We had great fun picking apples.
We also bought some peaches, pears, and plums. Lotsa good fruit.
